The Ministry of justice of Ukraine introduced a new service – now you can pre-pay for use pay cameras in the jail. These “gift certificates” by the head of Department Denis Malyuska offers to give officials.

Now the Ministry of justice offers a new service – we offer gift certificates for services paid cameras in Ukrainian detention centers!
