The Cabinet of Ministers has renewed the program of subsidies: the new rules are already in place, however, a complete change of Ukrainians will feel in October when the start of the next heating season. The number of subsidianes reduced summer and fall of families receiving “a discount on a communal flat” it becomes much more. This year it turned out that the money for subsidies is not enough. Another important point is the revision of the regulations. Them for the next heating season will reduce. If the subsidy covers 5.5 cubic meter of gas per square meter, in the next heating season, the discount will be credited only to five cubic meters of blue fuel. Suppose a family in a house of 70 square meters last winter could burn 385 cubes. Some experts believe that 75 billion hryvnia is not enough for subsidies up to the end of the year. The former head of the national Commission, Vice-President of “Ukrteplokommunenergo” Sergey Dunaylo sure that an additional 10-15 billion hryvnia will delay the solution to the problem until October. “The Association has 90 companies. The current system assumes that subsidies financed through taxation of “Naftogaz”. According to the Director of the Department of tax planning and regulatory policy “Naftogaz of Ukraine” Yuriy Kolbushkin, this year the company will pay $ 74 billion hryvnias of taxes, but subsidies in the state budget provided for only 47 billion.
