A military helicopter with 13 people on Board crashed in the Turkish province of Şırnak, which borders Syria and Iraq, the newspaper Hurriyet Daily News.
The accident killed all 13 soldiers aboard.
According to local authorities, the helicopter has fallen, having hooked for high-voltage power line through three minutes after takeoff at around 20:55 local time.
On Board the helicopter were army General Turkey Aydin Aydogan, several colonels and mid-level officers. At the crash site were sent to the rescue services and the military.
