The leader of Radical party Oleg Lyashko criticized the activists blocking the entrances to the capital city of Ukraine. About this he wrote in Facebook.
In his opinion, in such difficult period for Ukraine, the country needs discipline and order.
“No one, under any pretext of good, can not block the activity of the capital to the warring Ukraine. In war is a crime! To defeat the aggressor, Ukraine will have iron discipline and order, freedom and responsibility, not anarchy,” wrote Lyashko.
As reported this morning, the activists of the organization “Auto Euro Power” partially blocked the entrance to Kiev. It is noted that had blocked the road from the brewery and Zhitomir highway. In addition, blocked several lanes at the Odessa and Boryspil highways. Activists set fire to tyres.
“Our goal is to make the European system of “clearance”. To Groysman will the number of members who will demand to accelerate the adoption of our bill,” says blocker movement.
It is noted that the activists seek adoption of the draft law on the settlement of the transit and temporary importation of vehicles from abroad for personal use.
Reference: bill number 5567 “On amendments to the Customs code of Ukraine (regarding the settlement of the transit and temporary importation of vehicles for personal use)” proposes to legalize registered in other countries, the vehicles weighing up to 3.5 tons and over 7 years old. According to the norms of the bill, these vehicles can be temporarily imported into Ukraine for one year with partial payment of customs payments and the obligation of export of machines after a specified period of time.
Recall that according to article 279 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, blocking of transport communications is punishable by law.
In particular, the blocking of transport communications by setting up obstacles, outages or otherwise, which broke normal work of transport or created danger to human life or the onset of other grave consequences, – shall be punished by a penalty to fifty free minima of the income of citizens or corrective works for the term up to two years, or with arrest for the term up to six months, or restraint of liberty for a term up to three years.
