The former head of the Odessa customs Yulia Marushevska is suspected of corrupt activities, in connection with which she came under investigation. This was stated in an interview with Reuters, the head of the State fiscal service Roman Nasirov.
As noted Nasirov, the investigation launched in connection with the facts of understating of the prices of goods and other violations. He said that according to the violations under investigation was other people.
According to him, after Marushevska resigned, Odesskaya customs just increased your income by 30%, which is equivalent to 300 million hryvnia.
The Agency also notes that the press service Nasirov provided information on the customs revenue in the period from January to October 2016. According to the data, customs has not implemented the plan in seven of 10 months.
