To date, no definite date of the meeting of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and U.S. President Donald trump, the search for mutually acceptable formats and possibilities. This was told by state Secretary of the Ministry of foreign Affairs Andrei Zayats.
“The work on the preparation of the contacts continues. Was contacts and the Minister Klimkin in Washington, DC, and in Munich during the conference. There is a search for mutually acceptable formats and opportunities,” he said.
Hare said that is not yet defined the exact date of the meeting of the presidents of Ukraine and the USA.
“There is a search. Any administration that is just beginning its activities, not all assigned, even key figure, the first priorities yet it is internally political to the American administration. Therefore foreign policy, they require a longer waiting response”, – said the state Secretary of the foreign Ministry.
We will remind, in January, the Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States Valeriy Chaly said that the first meeting of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and U.S. President Donald trump may take place in the 20 days of February during the visit of the Ukrainian President to Washington.
