The best candidate in mayors of Kiev: Zelensky reacted to the choice of the “Servants of the people”

Irina Vereschuk got three points from factions, according to sociology, and the support of the President

The parliamentary faction of “servant of the people” at its meeting held primaries of candidates for participation in elections of the mayor of Kiev, the winner of which became the people’s Deputy Irina Vereschuk.

According to the head of the state, Vereschuk got all three points from factions, according to sociology and its support.

The winner was chosen by three criteria (each criterion is 1 point): support factions support the people of Kiev (the results of a poll) and the President’s support.

“Today was honestly and openly. There were five candidates, they are all powerful and will help the chosen one. I support the decision of the party and sympathize with Irina Vereschuk. It will be the best, most intelligent candidate,” said President Vladimir Zelensky.

Among the candidates was Alexander Kachura, Dmitry Gurin, Nikolai Tishchenko and Alexander Dubinsky.

Irina Vereschuk – Chairman, Subcommittee on national security and defence of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on national security, defense and intelligence. Has experience as a mayor in 2010-2015 was the mayor of Rava-Ruska. Elected to the Parliament on the party list of “public Servant” under No. 29. The post Irina Vereschuk stated the need of decentralization of power, carrying out administrative-territorial reform in Ukraine, transfer of taxes to local communities. She was also a representative of the government in Parliament.
