On the evening of 8 June, the Russian actor Mikhail Yefremov staged an accident in Central Moscow. On the recording from the security cameras shows how he lost control, crossed the double solid and at great speed left on an oncoming lane. There he crashed into a car. The driver of the car — delivering the food Sergey Zakharov — he was taken to hospital in critical condition with multiple injuries and in the morning on 9 June, died.
The actor himself got off lightly. Even though frightened, he had hardly, because they were in a condition of strong alcoholic intoxication. Ephraim legs gave way, he could scarcely stand, the testimony could not give. The only question in this situation, bothered the actor — cigarette, which he “shot” the [employee] of Regardie and other drivers.

The accident, which is responsible for 56-year-old actor Mikhail Efremov, happened in the heart of the Russian capital. Namely, on Smolensk square, right near the main office of the foreign Ministry.

In the video, posted online, is seen as a car brand Jeep with Mikhail Efremov behind the wheel driving on an empty part of the road. No complicated maneuvers to do — it is only necessary to slightly turn the wheel to the right. However, Efremov continues to move straight and not even slowed down, at full speed crashed into a passenger van type.
Soon it becomes known that the driver of that car was hospitalized in the Institute Sklifosovsky with multiple injuries. The doctors began to fight for his life right in the ambulance because his condition was critical. But on the morning of 9 June it became known that he had died. His name was Sergei Zakharov, he was a driver-courier online food shop. At the time of the accident, Zakharov made the delivery.
In Mikhail Efremov’s, like, not a single scratch. The footage shows that he barely stands on his feet. The actor dressed in jeans, a t-shirt and jacket. His hair tousled. With a gesture of two fingers Efremov shows that he wants to smoke but cigarettes had not.
Other road users who are on the scene of the accident and also almost became victims of Ephraim, comment on the state of the actor: “He, (the swearing — approx. ed.), shit-faced drunk. (The swearing — approx. ed.), just that we are not clocked”. Another Muscovite said: “Now would have killed us all. I still cigarette the treated”. Muscovite Ephraim said: “You almost killed”. Actor in a slurred voice asks: “Who nearly killed?” Then he went asked to light the fighter of Regardie.
Together with Mikhail Efremov in the car were two passengers — actor Ivan Stebunov and his wife Elena Vlasova. About their condition is unknown. However, information about injuries not.
A statement in the media made the son of actor Nikita Efremov, who in terms of popularity in Russia already surpasses his father. At least among the younger audience. A year ago Vladimir Putin signed adopted by the state Duma a law that toughen responsibility for drunk driving accidents. For causing grievous bodily harm, the driver now faces from 3 to 7 years in prison (was up to 4 years). In case of death of one victim — from 5 to 12 years old (it was from 2 to 7 years). If, as a result of the accident killed two people or more, driver will receive 8 to 15 years in prison (was from 4 to 9 years).
Intoxication in Russia in the event of an accident is determined by results judicial-medical examination. The concentration of alcohol for the recognition of a state of intoxication shall be 0,3 and more grammes on 1 litre of blood. Data for the study of the blood of Ephraim is already known — it is confirmed that he was drunk.
In the case of previous violations of the law from Ephraim, he was already six times tried to arrest for non-payment of fines. For two years (from 2018), he received 29 fines in the amount of 81 thousand rubles, a large part for failure to pay Parking. Six times the justice of the start on his administrative case was considered a measure of restraint. And each time, Yefremov could sit down for 15 days, but it only fined.
