With Viatrovych sued the head of the Ukrainian Jewish Committee
A court in Kyiv invalidated the claims of the former head of the Ukrainian Institute of naramata Vladimir Vyatrovichthat the symbolism of the SS division “Galichina” (the Golden lion with three crowns on a blue background) is not Nazi. About this Facebook said the head of the Ukrainian Jewish Committee Eduard Dolinsky, who previously filed a lawsuit.
As reported by the plaintiff, the court held that “to recognize illegal actions of the Institute and its chapters to provide conclusions about what the symbolism of the SS division “Galicia” is not the symbolism of the national socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regime, distribution or public use of which in Ukraine is prohibited.”
According to Dolinsky, the court also ordered the Institute of naramata and its leadership “to refrain from actions to disseminate the findings about what the symbols of the divisions of the Waffen SS “Galicia” is not the symbolism of the national socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regime, distribution or public use of which in Ukraine is prohibited.”
