From the beginning, after coming to power in Russia almost two decades ago Vladimir Putin, who is now 64 years old, cultivated the image of a strong leader. Putin has regularly allowed yourself to be photographed in situations where it presents a sort of cool guy, or riding bare-chested, or flying in an airplane and trying to put out a big forest fire, or fighting on tatami and defeats the opponent.
Now Putin again took off his shirt for fishing and hunting in the Republic of Tuva in East Siberia.
“The water in the lake is not heated above 17 degrees, but this has not prevented the President to swim”, — said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov, reports news Agency TASS.
Hunted two hours

A strong leader
Russian at all times believed that they needed a strong leader who will solve their problems, and, according to experts, Putin is betting on it.

Faith in a strong leader is rooted in the creation of the Russian state.
“Our land is great and rich, but there is no order. Come to reign and rule over us!” These words are taken from the so-called Nestorovski chronicle, allegedly written by the monk Nestor in the cave monastery in Kiev in the 12th century.
Chronicle of the Russian version of the Saga is the main source of our knowledge of ancient history. The call to come and rule was supposedly made when the people, who later became Russian, invited the Viking chief Rurik in 862.
The Russians were at odds with each other, and they agreed that for peace and order they need a strong leader. Rurik settled near Novgorod, became a Prince, and his descendants founded the first Russian state Kievan Rus is the place which is now the capital of Ukraine Kiev.
