13 June in Fuzhou opened a forum of political parties, research centers and civil society organizations of the BRICS. Experts of the BRICS countries should accept a document with recommendations, which is then transmitted for consideration by the summit leaders. Russian media reported that the cooperation between the ruling parties of the countries-participants of the BRICS provides an incentive for further cooperation. “Relations between China and Russia are on the same high level as relations between the “United Russia” and “Communist Party of China”: they are based on mutual trust. The two countries need to continue to develop strategic partnerships”. The Deputy of the State Duma on international Affairs Sergei Zheleznyak, during a meeting with Politburo member of CPC Central Committee Liu Yunshan, confirmed this view. This conversation took place on 11 June in the framework of the Forum of political parties, research centers and civil society organizations of the BRICS.
According to ITAR-TASS, 6 June, Zheleznyak said: “Russia attaches great importance to cooperation between the ruling parties of the countries-participants of the BRICS and believes that this model of relations has great potential. Cooperation within BRICS will become a new driving force for the development of relations between States”.
He also stressed: “the Relations between China and Russia are on the same high level as relations between the “United Russia” and “Communist Party of China”, they are based on mutual trust. The two countries need to continue to develop strategic partnerships”.
Zheleznyakov believes that cooperation between the ruling parties of the countries-participants of the BRICS it is “the political way to Express the interests of the majority of people” and to influence the growth of living standards of people in the BRICS countries.
He added: “the Countries-participants of the BRICS and their main political parties have the same stance on major political issues, we speak the same political language, moreover, aware of the danger of the use of foreign policy hacker attacks, military operations and economic sanctions and other”.
Speaking at the Forum of political parties, research centers and civil society organizations of the BRICS, Sergei Zheleznyakov said, “I am Glad that the BRICS countries share similar political views, which are based on respect for state sovereignty, the interests of each country to international law. I am sure that in the XXI century just world order is possible only in case of preservation of our dialogue, which is based on mutual trust”.
China hopes that such a dialogue is possible and is a good alternative to the Western model.

In the framework of the BRICS countries we will launch new projects in the field of Economics and Finance. With the support of political forces of our countries, these projects will form the basis of new projects that will increase jobs.
