Lenovo is a global leader in the production of laptops and desktop computers for the fourth consecutive year

According to the results of international research company IDC, in 2016, Lenovo has taken a 21.3 per cent market computer manufacturers, which enabled it to confirm its status as an industry leader and to leave behind all the competitors.

According to IDC, from 260 million of equipment which was produced last year, the share of Lenovo had 55 million units.

It is worth noting that Lenovo confidently heads the rating of the industry in the market of Japan and in the Asia-Pacific region, which is a very important factor, as these countries are a world leader in computer technology.

Speaking about the projections for 2017, producers expect the positive trends and the subsequent increase in sales.

It is worth mentioning that during the last twelve years, since, as Lenovo among the five world leaders in the manufacture of personal computers, its market share is constantly growing, which confirms the correctness of the company’s strategy in this very competitive market. Lenovo topped the global ranking of PC manufacturers in 2013 with a market share of 16.9%, so the company holding the position of world leader for the last 4 years.
