We will remind, on March 18, 2014 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the “accession” of the Crimea to Russia.

Pre-March 16, 2014 Moscow held at gunpoint in Crimea illegal referendum.

March 27, 2014 adopted resolution of the UN General Assembly “Territorial integrity of Ukraine”, which, in particular, underscores that the referendum in the Crimea and Sevastopol has no legal force.

Western countries do not recognize the annexation of Crimea and imposed a series of economic sanctions against Russia, and the authorities of the Russian Federation stated that “the issue of Crimea is closed”.
