The Minsk agreement is impossible to rewrite, but the situation it is necessary to consider the changing configuration of the global security system.
This opinion was expressed by the former representative of Ukraine in the political subgroup of the Trilateral contact group Immortal novel, commenting on the “Segodnya” approaching the second anniversary of the signing of the second Minsk agreement.

Therefore, most likely we are talking about a different configuration of the global security system, the European, i.e. continental, regional and domestic. As for the position of the United States and the recent statements of President Donald trump about that the US have yet to understand whether the Russian fighters on Donbass, Roman Bezsmertny says that the position of the trump very consistent.
