Operatives of the Department of economic protection was detained for receiving a bribe in 2 thousand US dollars inspector GFS in the Donetsk region. For the money the taxman promised to draw up documents for the closing of a business entity. Now the woman is threatened by punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for up to 10 years with confiscation of property, reported in the social network Department.
As militiamen established, the chief inspector organizational-analytical Department of management of internal security of head Department of the state fiscal service (SFS GU) in Donetsk region, promised the representatives of the organization to issue a certificate on no debt on income tax, as well as to promote further its closure.
“After replenishment of the Bank account by a corresponding amount the inspector ensured the extraordinary “the decision”, – reported in Department, – the ill-minded woman received funds to a Bank account in the amount of nearly 55 thousand hryvnia. After the issuance of the conditional certificate, the police seized a Bank card, fake documents about the organization check and money amounting to more than 59 thousand.”

On this fact the regional Prosecutor’s office opened criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (acceptance of an offer, promise or obtaining illegal benefit by the official) and the chief inspector was notified of the suspicion. Now she faces a sentence of deprivation of liberty for up to 10 years with confiscation of property and with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or to conduct certain activities for a term up to three years.
