The price of gas for Ukrainians will be reduced in case of victory of “Naftogaz” in the court of the Russian Gazprom in the Stockholm arbitration. This was stated by the head of “Naftogaz” Andrey Kobelev.
“If we can in the case of sale of gas to prove our position – this will mean a decrease in the fair price of gas for Ukraine,” – said KOBOLEV “Left Bank”.
According to the head of “Naftogaz”, the decline in gas prices will affect all.
KOBOLEV noted that Ukraine will be able to receive compensation for lost revenues from gas transit in 2015. Can be completed the process of removing from the jurisdiction of “Naftogaz” gas transmission system operator.
We will remind, the final decision of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm chamber of Commerce contract for the supply of gas is expected before March 31, 2017, for the transit at the end of January 2017. “Gazprom” and “Naftogaz of Ukraine” the legal proceedings in the Stockholm arbitration court in June 2014.
Each of the participants will be able to appeal the decision of the court.
