President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a decree №582/2016 approved a new military ID. The corresponding document was published on the website of the President.
So, the decree approves new regulations on military ID of persons privates, sergeants and sergeants and regulations for military ID reserve officer and the previous one revoked.
According to the decree, military tickets, made or issued before the entry into force, are valid throughout the territory of Ukraine and cannot be exchanged for military tickets of the new sample.
Also, the military tickets are issued not only to the rayon (city) military commissariats during the call or admission of citizens for military service, but also units of the foreign intelligence Service after dismissal of her soldier to the reserve.
In addition, the decree determined that forms of military assistance are made not only for the Ministry of defence, but also of the foreign intelligence Service, and the results, storage and destruction of war tickets in the order determined by the Ministry of defence and the foreign intelligence Service of Ukraine.
