Double act of terrorism committed in the area of Darul Aman to the South-West of Kabul. The first explosion occurred near the building of the former Directorate of security, the second is next to the TV Studio of the Parliament of Afghanistan. In the same area is the Russian Embassy.
According to preliminary data, the target of the attack were members of the Afghan Parliament: the explosion killed the head of the local police.
