This was stated by President Vladimir Zelensky during a traditional conference call with representatives of the government and law enforcement agencies, which was held under his chairmanship. The Ministry of health has updated the list of “red” areas where it is impossible to mitigate the quarantine
In response, the Minister of health , Maxim Stepanov said that already developed the Ordinance with changes as to the existence of quarantine in Ukraine in General. According to the document, the regions will be divided into four zones – “green”, “yellow”, “orange” and “red” governed by clear criteria as constraints. Restrictive measures will be administered depending on situations arising in a particular locality region.
Earlier it was reported that the Cabinet approved stiff penalties for violation of quarantine.
