Consumers guaranteed access to the gas resource at force majeure
“Naftogaz of Ukraine” has won the “supplier of last resort” (PPN) on the natural gas market. This was reported by the press service of the company.
“The functioning of PPN – a prerequisite for the opening of a competitive gas market to the public. Because PPN is a guarantee that nobody will be left without gas”, – is spoken in the message.
The Ministry of energy, in turn, said that the price proposal of “Naftogaz of Ukraine” totaled 2711,86 UAH per thousand cubic meters, including VAT and surcharge.
As noted, total for the contest submitted their proposals by three companies. After detailed consideration of documents by the decision of the Commission one of the companies was not admitted to the competition.
