The Chairman of the National police Sergey Knyazev, along with the head of the personnel Department signed the order and approved the relevant provision on the establishment of the Police Academy National police of Ukraine. About this the Prince wrote on his page in Facebook, transfers TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
According to him, the Police Academy of the National police of Ukraine will be in Kiev on the street people’s militia, 9. The first set will consist of 500 police officers, and in the future plan to take 1-1,2 thousand cadets.
The head of national police stressed that the purpose of the Academy is to “reduce the number of marriage during the most difficult procedures of personnel selection.”
“Over time, citizens will cease to see when dealing with the police soulless, uneducated, disinterested in the outcome and unmotivated officials in police uniforms,” – said the head of the National police.
Knyazev has proposed a new system of recruitment: “I came to the police work patrol or other ordinary jobs (except for some specific units).
The call of the heart and the presence of professional qualities may be recommended for study in universities of Ministry of internal Affairs patrol 1-3 years of experience. And then he will fully be able to understand: a fixed or remote form of training, but he’s already motivated,” – said the head of Department.
We will remind, earlier the Minister of defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak said that the army Academy in Lviv will not be cut or moved to other regions.
